The LD2450 radar tracks up to three targets simultaneously with three configurable zones out to 6 m, so one sensor can tell the couch from the desk. mmWave holds occupancy through stillness where a PIR sensor would time out. Runs ESPHome over Wi-Fi with a fully local native API, an LTR-390 light/UV sensor, optional CO2 module, and USB-C power.
