Matter 1.4 smart thermostat for 24V HVAC (furnaces, boilers, PTAC units, and heat pumps up to 2H/2C with 2-stage auxiliary heat) with a 4-inch touchscreen and mmWave presence sensing. Home Assistant controls mode, setpoints, temperature, and humidity locally through the Matter integration, and the built-in Zigbee hub bridges its child devices into Matter as well.

Requires a 24VAC C-wire (18-30 VA); line-voltage, millivolt, and 0-10 VDC systems are incompatible, and Aqara sells a C-Wire Adapter for homes without one. Also acts as a Thread border router and Zigbee 3.0 hub, though some Aqara-app features like advanced presence automations are not exposed over Matter. Launched in North America in April 2026.
