The Axis M2036-LE is a 4MP outdoor bullet with built-in IR and on-camera AXIS Object Analytics. Home Assistant's native Axis integration streams it and receives analytics events as local push: enterprise gear, fully local.
The outdoor-ready pick of Axis's value line: IP66/IP67 and NEMA 4X housing, OptimizedIR night vision, Lightfinder, and deep-learning human/vehicle analytics on-camera. The HA Axis integration auto-discovers it (camera entity plus motion and Object Analytics binary sensors over local push), and ONVIF Profile G/M/S/T covers Frigate and NVRs. AXIS OS brings signed firmware, secure boot, and Axis's long support horizon; microSD cards up to 1TB with encryption. 802.3af/at PoE; no built-in microphone (audio via Axis portcast accessories).
