Bouygues Flexom
Flexom is the connected-home offer Bouygues Immobilier fits into its new builds, running on an Overkiz gateway supplied with the apartment or house. The gateway is multiprotocol by design, bridging io-homecontrol shutters and windows, EnOcean lighting, RTS equipment, and Z-Wave devices behind one app. Home Assistant reaches a Flexom home through the Overkiz integration with Bouygues Flexom selected as the server, which is how a resident gets their shutters, lighting, and heating out of the builder's app and into their own automations.
Hardware availability
The Flexom gateway is not a retail product: it ships with the property and cannot be bought separately, and the service is billed by the developer after the initial free period. Flexom is cloud only in Home Assistant, so control depends on the Overkiz cloud being reachable and on the Flexom account staying active.
