Bouygues Flexom
Flexom Box
The Flexom box is the Overkiz gateway Bouygues Immobilier installs in its new-build apartments and houses. It is multiprotocol, bridging io-homecontrol shutters, EnOcean lighting, RTS equipment, and Z-Wave devices, and Home Assistant reaches all of it through the Overkiz integration with Bouygues Flexom as the server.

Setup guides
The box belongs to the resident and travels with them if they move, which is the part that makes Home Assistant worth setting up on it: the hardware is theirs, but the app and the automation logic are the developer's. Connecting the Overkiz integration puts the shutters, lighting, and heating that Flexom controls into the same automations as everything else in the home, without touching the Flexom app. Cloud only, so control depends on the Overkiz cloud and on the Flexom subscription staying active past the free period the developer includes. A Flexom home also usually contains equipment from other brands, and the integration exposes only what the Overkiz platform manages: Zigbee, Z-Wave, Hue, and Sonos devices paired to the gateway are not passed through to Home Assistant, so audit what is actually on the platform before designing scenes around it. The box is supplied with the property and is not sold separately.
Hardware availability
The Flexom gateway is not a retail product: it ships with the property and cannot be bought separately, and the service is billed by the developer after the initial free period. Flexom is cloud only in Home Assistant, so control depends on the Overkiz cloud being reachable and on the Flexom account staying active.
