Google streaming players and smart displays that work with Selora and Home Assistant. The Google TV Streamer pairs the local Google Cast integration for playback and app state with the local Android TV Remote integration for power, volume, and key control. The Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max join through the same Cast integration as a media_player that can also show a Home Assistant dashboard. All are set up with a Google account, but Home Assistant reaches them on the LAN without one.

2 devicesNest Hub (2nd gen)
The Nest Hub (2nd gen) is Google's 7-inch smart display and a Thread border router for the Google Home fabric. Home Assistant adds it through the local cast integration as a media_player for announcements and music, and Home Assistant Cast can put a dashboard on its screen, which makes it an inexpensive kitchen or bedside control surface.
Nest Hub Max
The Nest Hub Max is Google's 10-inch smart display with a built-in camera and a Thread border router for the Google Home fabric. Home Assistant adds it through the local cast integration as a media_player for announcements and music, and Home Assistant Cast can put a dashboard on its larger screen. Google has stopped making it, so it suits homes that already own one.
