RGBICWW segments with app control and music sync, recommended for TVs and monitors under 45 inches; larger screens want a backlight strip instead. Screen color matching is a Govee app feature and needs the separate Govee camera or HDMI sync box, so what Home Assistant gets is on/off, brightness, color and scenes rather than live screen sync. Enable LAN Control in the Govee Home app for local push over UDP multicast on the shared subnet. No Matter support.
