Duette Honeycomb Shades

Selora recommended

Duette Honeycomb Shades trap air in cellular pockets to insulate the window, and PowerView motorization exposes each shade to Home Assistant as a cover with position control.

Roles it can fill
The insulating cellular line, and the one to reach for when a recipe should cut heating or cooling load. Standard bottom-up shades appear as a single cover with position. Top-Down/Bottom-Up versions carry two rails on two motors and arrive in Home Assistant as separate Top and Bottom covers that cannot pass each other. Vertiglide handles wide openings and closet fronts, and SkyLift drives skylights. Battery models report charge level, so a low-battery alert can be automated instead of discovered on a service call.
