The Inovelli Red Series On/Off Switch is a Z-Wave 800 in-wall switch rated for heavy loads (up to 15 A resistive and 1/2 HP motors), so it can drive lights, fans, and outlets. It pairs locally over Z-Wave JS and adds a full-color RGB notification LED bar with multi-tap scene control.

Presses on this device reach Home Assistant as device triggers through

Z-Wave
integration, which you pick in the automation editor after pairing.
The button list, and whether each button also becomes an
event
entity, comes from what the device reports at pairing time, so it
appears once the device is on the network.
