Insteon
Insteon is a dual-band powerline and RF home automation system. Home Assistant controls it locally through an Insteon Hub or a PLM PowerLinc Modem, with no cloud required. SmartLabs shut Insteon down in 2022 and the brand was later acquired and revived. Most hardware is now legacy and secondary-market. It fits existing Insteon installs rather than new builds.
