The Insteon FanLinc (2475F) installs in a ceiling-fan canopy to give independent Insteon control of the fan motor and a dimmable light on separate channels.
A canopy module that drives 4-speed fan control and dims a light (up to 300 W) on separate channels, typically paired with an in-wall KeypadLinc. It is dual-band and repeats the Insteon mesh. Because a metal fan canopy can weaken its RF, keep another dual-band device nearby. Fully local through an Insteon Hub or PLM with no cloud once linked into the all-link database. Sold today as the Insteon Ceiling Fan and Light Control Module and secondary-market.
