A KNX touch screen for the wall that controls a room's temperature, lights and blinds from one 3.4-inch color display. Home Assistant controls its thermostat through the KNX integration.
A 3.4-inch color touch screen in an LS 990 frame, with up to 32 functions for switching, dimming, blinds and light scenes, plus a built-in room thermostat. Since a July 2024 update, it can also control split air conditioners. It also runs up to eight timers, by time of day, sunrise and sunset, or at random.
It has proximity and brightness sensors, can show the outdoor temperature from a weather station, and takes up to 20 ordinary push buttons or reed contacts on its inputs. It fits a standard wall box and is installed on its own, not in a multi-gang frame.
It is programmed in ETS first. In Home Assistant, its thermostat is then added as a climate control in the KNX panel, using the group addresses from the ETS project.
Recipes using this device
Presence Thermostat Setback
Installs a Home Assistant automation that eases your thermostat into an energy-saving preset once everyone has left, and brings it back to a comfort preset the moment someone returns. Add extra occupancy sensors and any one of them counts as home.
Window Open HVAC Pause
Installs a Home Assistant automation that turns the thermostat off when a window is left open, so you are not heating or cooling the street, and turns it back to the mode it was in once every window is shut. Add door sensors and a temperature sensor for the full picture.
