Z-Wave Long Range gives it much more reach on 800-series controllers while staying backward compatible with standard Z-Wave meshes. Include with S2 secure inclusion (SmartStart QR supported), required for lock control. Home Assistant gets lock and unlock, battery, jam and tamper notifications, keypad events, and 250 PIN slots via Z-Wave JS user-code actions. No door position sensor, so pair it with a contact sensor.
