A 4.5 cu. ft. front load washer with TurboWash 360 and steam, on a standard 120 V outlet. It connects to Home Assistant through LG ThinQ, so a finished or failed wash can send a notification before the load sits wet in the drum.
LG lists the DLEX4000W as its matching dryer, and the pair stacks with LG’s KSTK4 kit. Remote start, cycle monitoring, and energy monitoring all come through LG’s ThinQ app.
Home Assistant reaches it through LG’s ThinQ cloud, so it needs an internet connection and a personal access token created with the homeowner’s LG account. It reports its current status, the time remaining, and an event when a cycle finishes or a fault occurs, and Home Assistant can start or pause a cycle. LG’s energy figures arrive once a day, up to yesterday, so they suit monthly totals rather than live power.

LG Washer & Dryer: Fault Alert
Sends a Home Assistant push notification the moment your LG washer or dryer reports a fault, naming the appliance and the error, so a stalled or errored cycle doesn't sit unnoticed. Built around the LG ThinQ integration.
LG ThinQLG Washer: Cycle Finished
Sends a Home Assistant push notification the moment your LG washer finishes, so the wet load moves to the dryer before it starts to smell. Add a speaker and it announces the finished cycle out loud. Built around the LG ThinQ integration.
