A 5.0 cu. ft. all-in-one washer and dryer that washes and dries in the same drum, with a ventless heat pump dryer. It connects to Home Assistant through LG ThinQ and fills both the washer and dryer roles.
It needs no dryer vent and runs on a standard 120 V outlet, so it fits where a vented dryer cannot go. Because one drum does both jobs, a wash and dry cycle can run start to finish with no one moving the load.
Home Assistant reaches it through LG’s ThinQ cloud, so it needs an internet connection and a personal access token created with the homeowner’s LG account. It reports its current status, the time remaining, and an event when a cycle finishes or a fault occurs, and Home Assistant can start or pause a cycle. LG’s energy figures arrive once a day, up to yesterday, so they suit monthly totals rather than live power.
