A 4-channel KNX actuator for 230 V roller shutters and blinds, with exact positioning and sun-tracking shading. Home Assistant controls each channel as a cover through its KNX integration.
Four shutter or blind motors of up to 300 W each, in a DIN rail module four units wide. It moves them to an exact position, tilts blind slats, and can calculate the sun’s position to shade only the windows that need it. Each channel has its own button and LED on the front.
The JAL-0410M.02 version measures the motors’ travel time by itself, which saves time when commissioning many windows.
It is programmed in ETS first. In Home Assistant, each channel is then added as a cover in the KNX panel, using the group addresses from the ETS project, and can be opened, closed or set to a position.
