Nexity Eugénie
Eugénie is the resident app Nexity ships with its new-build programmes, developed with Somfy and Overkiz and deployed across the group's new developments since 2018. A DIN-rail box goes into the apartment's electrical panel during construction and drives shutters, lighting, heating, smoke detection, and energy monitoring. Home Assistant connects through the Overkiz integration with Nexity Eugénie selected as the server.
Hardware availability
The Eugénie box is supplied with the property, custom built for Nexity, and not available at retail. It is cloud only in Home Assistant. Eugénie bundles building and property services alongside the home automation, so a resident moving to Home Assistant keeps the box and the account rather than replacing them.
