For the minority of US doors with euro-profile mortise locks. It ships with the Nuki Universal Cylinder; standard US deadbolt doors should use the Smart Lock (Deadbolt) instead. Matter over Thread gives Home Assistant local lock, unlock, unlatch, and battery; Nuki's MQTT client (over Wi-Fi or Thread, with a local broker and MQTT discovery) adds door-sensor state, last lock action, and keypad events. No cloud account required.
