Qolsys
Qolsys makes the IQ touchscreen security panels that dealers install with Alarm.com monitoring. The Qolsys Panel custom integration pairs Home Assistant with the panel as if it were an IQ Remote, over a local push connection, so arming, alarm state, every security zone, and the panel's own Z-Wave devices reach Home Assistant without a cloud round trip.
