The hub a battery camera needs to work with Home Assistant locally: it holds the cameras on its own Wi-Fi, records up to eight of them to microSD, and keeps recording without internet. It also takes plug-in Wi-Fi and PoE Reolink cameras.

Listed as tested in Home Assistant’s Reolink docs. Add the hub once and its cameras come with it, each with its stream and detection sensors. The hub’s speaker can sound an alarm, and a Reolink Chime can pair with it.

It connects to the router by Ethernet. For a larger, wired system with continuous recording to a hard drive, use an NVR such as the RLN8-410 instead.
