RLC-510A
The Reolink RLC-510A is a budget 5MP PoE bullet camera with person, vehicle, and animal detection. Home Assistant's local Reolink integration exposes the stream and detection sensors with no cloud subscription.
The entry-level PoE bullet: 5MP, a fixed lens, infrared night vision, and a microphone but no speaker. One 802.3af PoE cable carries power and data.
Listed as tested in Home Assistant’s Reolink docs and fully local, with person, vehicle, and animal detections pushed as binary sensors. RTSP and ONVIF are supported, so it also feeds a recorder such as Frigate.
Step up to the RLC-810A for 4K, or the RLC-811A for zoom, a spotlight, and two-way audio.
