Bridge Cozytouch
Sauter's Bridge Cozytouch is the same gateway hardware as its Atlantic and Thermor siblings, badged for Sauter's radiators, towel rails, water heaters, and ventilation. It joins the home network, speaks io-homecontrol to the appliances, and reaches Home Assistant through the Overkiz integration with Sauter Cozytouch as the server.

One bridge is enough for the whole house of io-homecontrol appliances, and it is what makes room by room setpoints, heating schedules, and away mode reachable from anything other than the appliance's own panel. Cloud only in Home Assistant, so the entities depend on the Overkiz cloud being up, and Home Assistant's documentation warns that some Cozytouch appliances are not covered by the Overkiz platform at all. The three Groupe Atlantic brands share the platform but not the accounts: the server picked in the Home Assistant config flow has to match the app the appliances were commissioned in, and a home that mixes Sauter and Atlantic units ends up with two config entries rather than one. Appliances without io radio of their own need an Interface Cozytouch fitted behind them before the bridge sees them.
Hardware availability
Sauter Cozytouch is cloud only, with no local API path in Home Assistant. The bridge hardware is the same across Atlantic, Thermor, and Sauter, but the account and the server selected in Home Assistant are per brand, so a home mixing brands needs the bridge that matches the appliances. The gateway is also generational: Groupe Atlantic is moving current ranges onto CozyBox, and Wi-Fi appliances register without any gateway, so a Sauter install can be on any of the three. Some Cozytouch appliances are not supported by the Overkiz platform, which is a per-model check rather than a brand-wide one.
