Sub Mini
The compact cylindrical Sonos subwoofer, sized for a Beam, a Ray or a stereo pair of Era 100s. Like the full-size Sub it bonds to one player and surfaces in Home Assistant as sub settings on that player rather than as its own entity.
The right sub for the rooms where the full-size Sub is too large or too loud: bedrooms, dens and apartments. Bonding rules are the same, one host player or stereo pair per Sub Mini, and so is the Home Assistant picture: no media_player of its own, just the sub enable switch, gain and crossover controls on the host. It has a 10/100 Ethernet port, which is optional and secondary to wiring the bar it bonds to. Pair it with a Beam or Ray and Era 100 surrounds to build a full surround room out of devices that all bond to the bar, which keeps the room down to a single player entity to automate against.
