Two outlets, each its own switch entity through the tplink integration, 15A and 1800W max across the plug, IP64 and rated from -4F to 122F. Dual antennas give it a fighting chance at the edge of the property, but it is 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only: verify signal at the actual mounting point before committing. No energy monitoring on this model, so put a metered plug indoors if the circuit needs reporting. Matter commissioning is available when the outlets also have to answer to another ecosystem.
