A matched pair of dimmers for three way runs: a main unit on Wi-Fi and a satellite that keeps the second switch location working. Home Assistant sees one dimmable light.
Both units have to be installed together as a pair, and neither works on its own or alongside a traditional three way switch, so plan the whole run before ordering. Neutral required at the main location, 300W incandescent or 150W dimmable LED, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Home Assistant adopts the main dimmer through the local tplink integration and the satellite follows it, so the entity count stays at one no matter which plate the client touches. No Matter on this kit; use the KS225 where three way switching is not needed and Matter is.
