A battery PIR motion sensor with adjustable sensitivity that reports to Home Assistant through a Tapo hub. Cheap enough to put motion in every room that needs it.
PIR detection with adjustable sensitivity, mounted with adhesive or the included bracket, running for a long time on its cell thanks to the sub-1GHz radio. Requires an H100 or H200 hub, and Home Assistant gets the motion binary sensor and battery level through the tplink integration. PIR needs heat crossing the beam, so it is a poor choice for a room where someone sits still: use an mmWave presence sensor for occupancy that has to hold lights on. Fills the motion-sensor role in lighting, security and away mode recipes.
