Xiaomi robot vacuums with Home Assistant. The original Mi Robot Vacuum and its Roborock-built siblings are controlled locally through the Xiaomi Miio integration once the device token is extracted, keeping them fully on the LAN. Now largely discontinued, but still a local option on the used market.
