The Zooz ZEN32 800LR is a Z-Wave Long Range in-wall switch with four programmable scene buttons around a main relay paddle, addressing up to 35 scenes.

The main button switches a resistive load up to 15 A, a fan under 3 A, or 150 W of LED lighting, and smart bulb mode disables the relay so bulbs stay powered. The four side buttons fire multi-tap scene events in Home Assistant, and each LED indicator is independently programmable for status feedback.

Presses on this device reach Home Assistant as device triggers through
the
Z-Wave
integration, which you pick in the automation editor after pairing.
The button list, and whether each button also becomes an
event
entity, comes from what the device reports at pairing time, so it
appears once the device is on the network.
