Thermostats
- Confirm the thermostat is compatible with the available HVAC wiring using the manufacturer’s installation guide.
- Confirm the HVAC system powers on correctly and that all required functions work.
- Priority device. This device must be installed and working before customer walkthrough.
Smart Locks
- Confirm the lock fits the door correctly and that mechanical alignment is smooth before final tightening.
- Confirm the latch, strike, lock, and unlock functions work correctly after installation.

Cameras
- Mount the camera securely with the correct viewing angle and stable power or network connection.
