5. Handoff
Complete the customer walkthrough and hand off the system.
Once all new devices have been installed and integration has been attempted for all devices included in the current project scope, the installer will hand off the system to the customer.
Confirm the customer understands what was completed, verify priority devices are working, explain any skipped or blocked items, and make sure the customer knows how to log in and reach Selora Homes support.
