A Selora Homes Customer Support Engineer assigned to the project will lead the integration process. Your role is to help locate devices, physically access them, and place them into pairing, inclusion, or commissioning mode when requested.
Once you have completed installing all new devices, call a Customer Support Engineer using the phone number listed in the project’s Installation Plan.
Once on the phone, the Customer Support Engineer will guide you through the steps they need to complete each integration.
