Place, connect, and claim the Selora Hub to the customer's profile.

The Selora Hub comes pre-installed with the correct operating software, and any required dongles must be available on-site. The customer should be present with their computer and smartphone because account access is needed during setup.
During this stage, the installer places the Selora Hub, connects it to the network, claims it to the customer’s Selora Homes profile, and confirms Home Assistant is accessible locally.
Once complete, call a Selora Homes Customer Support Engineer using the number in the project’s installation plan.
