Installer Partner Program

Three partner tracks for smart home integrators, installers, and Home Assistant specialists to work with Selora Homes.

Installer Partner-Program Selora-Ai Remote-Access

Selora Homes partners with professionals who already serve smart home clients — integrators, installers, and Home Assistant specialists. The partner program has three tracks based on who brings the customer, who handles the install, and who owns the ongoing relationship. Pick the one that fits how you work; the economics align with the role.

Integrator Partner

You bring the homeowner. Selora is the backend.

Best fit for smart home integrators and home automation companies with an existing client pipeline. Your company stays the visible brand; Selora software runs behind the scenes, powering the install and the ongoing platform. We strategize privately with you on every project and act as the remote support arm. This is not white label — it is your company running the show, powered by Selora Homes.

You continue to charge your homeowners for your work — installation, programming, configuration, and design. Selora is added as a line item on top, which the homeowner pays. On top of that, you earn recurring revenue share on the Selora subscriptions you bring in. Specific rates and structures are shared during onboarding.

Home Assistant Specialist

You bring the expertise and the customer. Selora provides the platform.

Best fit for independent Home Assistant consultants — remote-only or in-person — with deep Home Assistant experience. You recommend Selora to your clients. When you handle the entire customer relationship yourself — planning, coordination, and ongoing support — and use Selora purely as software infrastructure, we offer you a discounted subscription rate. Keep it as recurring margin for the life of the subscription, or pass the savings through to the homeowner.

As an HA Specialist, you can bring clients onto either Selora product depending on what they need:

  • Selora Hub for clients new to Home Assistant, or existing HA users who want a fully managed setup. Your discounted subscription rate applies on every Hub subscription you bring in.
  • Selora AI for existing HA users who just need targeted help. Install via HACS on any Home Assistant instance. Free, no subscription required, no commitment.

Selora AI is also a free tool you can use yourself to accelerate your own client work — automation suggestions, natural language control, and pattern detection across devices.

Fulfillment Partner

You handle the install. Selora brings the customer.

Best fit for professional installers with strong local onsite capability. A homeowner signs up on SeloraHomes.com , our team consults with them and plans the install, and we route the job to a fulfillment partner in their area. You execute the install at your standard rates.

You are paid your normal installation fee per job. You also have first priority on any future service requests requiring onsite work for that customer.

Platform Features

Integrator Partners and Home Assistant Specialists use the full Selora platform to manage client deployments — remote access, automated backups, device pairing codes, and Selora AI.

For feature details, see the Selora Hub documentation , the Selora AI documentation , and the installer remote access guide .

Trial Program (Integrator Track)

Want to test Selora before bringing us your first customer? Here is how the Integrator trial works:

  • Hardware. We either ship you a Selora Hub (approximately $325 including tax, invoiced directly), or preload Selora software onto compatible hardware you already own.
  • No subscription during the trial. Test the install process and the platform on your own schedule, with no subscription fees while you evaluate.
  • First customer covers the cost. When you bring in your first Selora Homes customer, we reimburse the hub cost if you purchased one from us. If you used your own hardware, there is nothing to reimburse — your net cost was already zero.

How to Get Started

Start with a call. Book a partner program call with our team. We will discuss your business, recommend the track that fits, and walk through the specifics — pricing, economics, and onboarding logistics. The call is free and there is no commitment.

Once we have identified the right track, next steps look like:

  • Integrator Partner: We set up your account, discuss the trial hub (or preloading Selora software onto your own compatible hardware), and map out your first deployment.
  • Home Assistant Specialist: Install Selora AI via HACS today to start using it with clients. After our call, we set up your installer network listing and discounted subscription access.
  • Fulfillment Partner: We onboard you into our installer routing system and start sending job offers in your service area.
