Recharge Credits

Every Selora plan includes a monthly Selora AI credit allowance (see the pricing page for per-tier amounts). When you need more credits in a given month, you can buy one-time top-up packs from your account without changing your subscription.

How credits work

• Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your plan’s monthly allowance. Plan credits are consumed first; top-ups are drawn down only after the monthly allowance is exhausted.

Where to recharge

1. Sign in at connect.selorahomes.com .
2. Open the home you want to recharge from the home switcher.
3. In the left sidebar, click Selora AI.

The page shows your current monthly usage, remaining plan credits, and any top-up balance.

Buying a credit pack

On the Selora AI page, click Add credits to open the pack picker. Pick the pack that fits your usage, then complete checkout. Credits land on your account immediately and are visible on the same page as soon as the purchase confirms.

Prices shown above are for reference. The price charged at checkout is the one displayed in the Stripe checkout window at the time of purchase.

Who can buy top-ups

Top-ups are available on every plan, including Free. You do not need to upgrade your subscription to buy credits, and buying credits does not change your plan or billing cycle.

Receipts and invoices

Each top-up generates a Stripe receipt sent to your account email. Past top-up invoices are listed alongside subscription invoices on the Billing page.

Monitoring usage

The Selora AI page shows the live balance for both plan credits and top-up credits. For a detailed breakdown by provider and model, open the Usage tab inside the Selora AI panel in Home Assistant.
