Billing & Plan Changes

How to change your Selora subscription plan, cancel, or reactivate — all self-serve from your account.

Selora-Hub Billing Subscription Plans Upgrade Downgrade

You can change your subscription plan, cancel, or reactivate at any time from your Selora account. No support ticket or sales call is required for plan changes — the controls are built into the billing page.

Where to find the billing page

  1. Sign in at connect.selorahomes.com .
  2. Open the home you want to manage from the home switcher.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Billing.

The URL pattern is /homes/<your-home>/billing. If you only have one home, /billing redirects there automatically.

Changing your plan

Selora offers four tiers: Free, Essential, Premium, and Estate. Each tier has different limits on devices, integrations, and Selora AI credits.

Upgrade from Free

On the Free tier the Current Plan card shows an Upgrade Plan button. Click it, pick the tier you want, and complete checkout. The new plan is active immediately.

Switch between paid tiers (upgrade or downgrade)

On any paid tier the Current Plan card shows a Manage Plan button. Click it to open the plan picker:

  1. Select the tier you want to switch to.
  2. Review the change summary (new price, what’s included).
  3. Click Confirm Change.

Changes take effect immediately. Prorated charges or credits appear on your next invoice.

Downgrade to Free

From Manage Plan, pick Free as the target tier and confirm. Your paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period, then your home moves to the Free tier.

Cancelling your subscription

Open Manage Plan on your current paid plan and click Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period and is not renewed.

If you change your mind before the period ends, open Manage Plan again and click Reactivate to resume billing on the same plan.

Invoices

Past invoices are listed on the billing page below the plan card. Each row links to the hosted Stripe invoice and PDF.

Need help?

If something on the billing page is not behaving as expected — a charge looks wrong, the modal fails to confirm, or your plan didn’t change after upgrade — open the support widget in the bottom-right corner of any Selora page and ask to talk to our team.
